This policy explains our 20-day free trial and our no-refund policy for paid DentaFlow subscriptions.

DentaFlow (“DentaFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be confident in your decision to use our Services. That is why we offer a 20-day free trial on all paid plans, so you can fully evaluate the product before any payment is made. Because of this trial, all subscription fees paid after the trial period are non-refundable.
This Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described here.
When you sign up for a paid plan, you receive a 20-day free trial. During the trial period:
We encourage you to use the full 20 days to test the chatbot widget, dashboard, lead capture, and all plan features. If the Services are not the right fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and no charge will occur.
The free trial is limited to one per clinic. Abuse of the trial system (for example, creating multiple accounts to receive repeated trials) may result in termination of access.
Because we provide a 20-day free trial that lets you evaluate every feature before paying, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Once the trial period ends and your first payment is processed, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fee, whether partial or full, except where required by applicable law.
This no-refund policy applies to:
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges only. It does not trigger a refund for the current period that has already been billed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. When you cancel:
We recommend cancelling before your next renewal date to avoid unwanted charges, since charges are non-refundable once processed.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an incorrect amount — please contact us at support@dentaflow.chat within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, if a genuine billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit.
This provision covers billing errors only. It does not create a general right to a refund for services you simply no longer wish to use.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate subscription charge is a violation of this policy. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@dentaflow.chat so we can resolve it directly.
Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may result in suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region. If such laws apply to you and grant a right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be excluded, those rights remain in force.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes will apply to subscriptions active on or after the updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
